Frank Ramirez

Executive Director
Frank has dedicated over 15 years to promoting college access in the Central Valley. He brings a wealth of knowledge into the organization due to his experience working at CSU, Bakersfield as a Financial Aid Counselor; UC Merced as Admissions Coordinator; and founding board member of Youth 2 Leaders Education Foundation.

Jasmine Padilla

Assistant Director
Jasmine attended California State University, Bakersfield, earning both undergraduate and graduate degree in Business and Public Administration (2009) and Educational Counseling, emphasis in Student Affairs (2012). Lupe Avila

Program Coordinator
Lupe graduated from CSU Bakersfield with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and a Masters degree in Educational Counseling with an emphasis in Student Affairs. She is highly experienced in working with a diverse population of students and parents, specifically with the migrant population and Spanish speaking communities
